Understand Talent Sources

Lifted provides two talent sources you can use when searching for candidates.

Company Talent

Company Talent includes talent who are associated with your organization on Lifted. This includes past collaborators and pre-identified talent who have registered on the platform.

Company Talent is best for:

  • Re-engaging talent you've worked with before

  • Managing your organization's talent pool

  • Inviting known talent to jobs

Global Talent Network

The Global Talent Network allows you to discover external talent through Lifted's partner network.

These candidates may not yet have a Lifted profile. If invited to a job, they will be prompted to create a Lifted profile when they accept the invitation.

The Global Talent Network is best for:

  • Discovering new talent outside your organization

  • Expanding your candidate pool for a specific job
