Manage Candidates in the Talent Tracker

The Talent Tracker provides a centralized view of every stage of the hiring process for a job post, from inviting talent through contracting and completed engagements.

As talent progresses through the hiring workflow, they automatically move between stages, making it easy to monitor their status and take the next action.

Access the Talent Tracker

To access the Talent Tracker:

  1. Go to Job Posts.

  2. Open the job you want to manage.

  3. Click the Talent Tracker tab.

Talent Tracker Stages

The Talent Tracker is organized into the following stages:

Stage

Description

Available Actions

Invited

Talent has been invited to the job but has not yet responded.

Chat with invited talent and view whether they were invited from your Company Talent Pool or the Global Talent Network.

Proposals for Review

Talent has submitted a proposal for the job.

Review proposal details, view the talent's profile, and shortlist talent for further consideration.

Shortlisted Proposals

Talent has been shortlisted by you, a teammate, or the Lifted sourcing team.

Review the proposal and send a proposed contract. Contract details are automatically populated from the talents’ proposals and can be modified before sending back to talent for review and agreement.

Pending Contracts

A proposed contract has been sent to the talent.

Track contracts while talent reviews the contract or completes onboarding requirements.

Accepted Contracts

The talent has completed onboarding and accepted the contract terms.

View accepted contracts that are either active or scheduled to begin on a future start date.

Archived Contracts

Contracts that are no longer active.

View completed or declined contracts for reference.

Declined

The hiring process did not move forward.

View opportunities where the talent declined the invitation or the proposal was declined.

Invited

The Invited stage shows all talent who have been invited to the job but have not yet responded.

The Source column indicates where the talent was invited from:

  • Company talent 

  • Global talent network

Note: Chats are associated with the job post. Talent invited from the Global talent network may not be available for chat until they have registered with Lifted.

Proposals for Review

When invited talent submits a proposal, it appears in Proposals for Review.

To review a proposal:

  1. Click the talent's name.

  2. Review the proposal details in the side panel.

  3. Select the Profile tab to view the talent's profile.

  4. Shortlist talent for further consideration if appropriate.

Shortlisted Proposals

The Shortlisted Proposals stage contains talent who have been marked for further consideration by you, a teammate, or the Lifted sourcing team.

From this stage, you can send a proposed contract to shortlisted talent.

When creating a proposed contract, the contract details are automatically populated using the talent's proposal. Review and edit the details before sending the contract to the talent for review.

Pending Contracts

The Pending Contracts stage contains talent who have received a proposed contract.

At this stage, talent may be:

  • Reviewing the contract.

  • Completing onboarding requirements before accepting the contract.

Accepted Contracts

The Accepted Contracts stage contains talent who have:

  • Completed onboarding.

  • Accepted the contract terms.

An accepted contract may:

  • Already be active, or

  • Have a future start date.

Archived Contracts

The Archived Contracts stage contains contracts that are no longer active, including:

  • Proposed contracts that were declined.

  • Accepted contracts that have ended.

Declined

The Declined stage includes opportunities where the hiring process did not move forward.

This can occur when:

  • The talent declined the invitation.

  • The client's proposal was declined.
