Add Pre-Identified Talent to Lifted

You can invite talent you already know to join Lifted from the Talent Pool. These invitations are not associated with a specific job.
Once talent registers on Lifted, they will appear in your Talent Pool and can be invited to jobs.
Invite Talent to Lifted
To invite talent to Lifted:
Go to Talent Pool from the left navigation menu.
Click Add Talent.
Enter the required information:
First name
Last name
Email address
Send the invitation.
The invited talent will receive an email invitation to register on Lifted.
Only talent who have not yet been invited will receive a platform invitation.
What Happens After You Send an Invitation?
After an invitation is sent:
The talent receives a registration email.
The talent creates a Lifted account and completes registration.
The talent appears in your Talent Pool.
The talent can be invited to jobs.
Re-Invite Talent
You can re-invite talent who have not yet completed registration.
To re-invite talent:
Go to Talent Pool.
Locate the talent profile.
Select the talent.
Click Re-invite.
Only talent who have not yet registered can be re-invited.
Track Registration Status
You can track a talent's registration progress from the Talent Pool.

FAQs
What happens if I invite someone who is already registered on Lifted?
Talent who are already registered will not receive a new platform invitation. If they're already associated with your organization, they'll remain available in your Talent Pool and can be invited to jobs at any time.

Can I invite talent without creating a job post?
Yes. Talent can be invited directly to Lifted from the Talent Pool without being associated with a specific job.
When can invited talent be considered for jobs?
Once they complete registration and appear in your Talent Pool, they can be invited to jobs.
