Understand Talent Status

Talent statuses help you track where talent are in the registration lifecycle on Lifted.

Statuses appear on talent cards in the Talent Pool and can be used as a filter when searching talent profiles.

Talent Pool Statuses

These statuses appear on talent profiles in the Talent Pool:

Status

What it means

Not Invited

A record exists for the talent, but they have not been invited to register on Lifted.

Invited

The talent has been invited to register on Lifted.

Registered

The talent has completed registration and has an active Lifted profile.

Editing

The talent is currently updating or editing their profile.

What Happens After You Invite Talent to Lifted?

After you invite talent to join Lifted:

  1. The talent receives a registration email.

  2. The talent registers and creates a profile.

  3. The talent appears in your Talent Pool.

  4. The talent can be invited to jobs.

You can use talent status to monitor registration progress and identify talent who have not yet completed registration.

Use Talent Status When Searching

You can use the Status filter in the Talent Pool to find talent at a specific stage.

For example, you can use status to:

  • Identify talent who have not yet been invited to join Lifted.

  • Find talent who have been invited but have not completed registration.

  • Confirm which talent have completed registration and have active Lifted profiles.

Inviting Talent to a Job

Talent Pool statuses are different from the stages shown in the Talent Tracker for a specific job.

After talent are invited to a job, you can track their progress through the job’s Talent Tracker.
