Add Pre-Identified Talent to Lifted

You can invite talent you already know to join Lifted from the Talent Pool. These invitations are not associated with a specific job.

Once a talent registers on Lifted, they will appear in your Talent Pool and can be invited to jobs.

Invite Talent to Lifted

To invite talent to Lifted:

1. Go to Talent Pool from the left navigation menu.

2. Click Add Talent.

3. Enter the required information:

   • First name

   • Last name

   • Email address

4. Send the invitation.

The invited talent will receive an email invitation to register on Lifted.

What Happens After You Send an Invitation?

After an invitation is sent:

1. The talent receives a registration email.

2. The talent creates a Lifted account and completes registration.

3. The talent appears in your Talent Pool.

4. The talent can be invited to jobs and opportunities.

Lifted reviews registration details to ensure eligibility requirements are met before the talent can be engaged.

Re-Invite Talent

You can resend an invitation to talent who have not yet completed registration.

To re-invite talent:

1. Go to Talent Pool.

2. Locate the talent profile.

3. Select the option to resend the invitation.

Only talent who have not yet registered can be re-invited.

Track Registration Status

You can track a talent's registration progress from the Talent Pool.
