After a timesheet is approved, payment moves through processing before funds become available.
Payment Processing and Availability
To help protect everyone using the platform, all payments are subject to a 5-day security period.
This allows time to:
Process and clear payments.
Handle refunds.
Resolve disputes before funds are released.
Approved Timesheets
After a timesheet is approved:
The payment enters the security period.
Funds become available after the security period has ended .
Manual Payments and Bonuses
Manual payments, including bonuses, become available 5 calendar days after they are submitted.
Track Payment Status
You can track payment status from the Transactions page.
During the security period:
Payments appear as Approved.
The expected availability date is displayed for each payment.
A detailed breakdown of earnings can be viewed for each contract.
Payment Timeline
The following example shows a typical payment timeline for an approved hourly timesheet.

Example
If talent works hours between Monday, June 1 and Sunday, June 7:
Talent’s timesheet is automatically submitted on Sunday, June 7 at 23:59 UTC.
The review period runs through Friday, June 12 at 23:59 UTC.
Your payment typically becomes available to the talent on Wednesday, June 17.
If you reject the timesheet during the review period, it is returned to the talent for correction and resubmission. Once resubmitted, a new 5-day review period begins.
