Share a Job Post

You can control how your job is shared depending on how broadly you want to reach talent.

To manage visibility:

1. Go to Job Posts.

2. Open the job you want to update.

3. Go to the Job Summary tab.

4. Scroll to the Sharing section

By default, all jobs are set to Private, meaning only talent you invite can view and apply.

To make your job visible to the biggest talent network, enable Global talent network in the Sharing section. This allows talent to discover your job post and submit a proposal.

You can update your job’s visibility at any time.
