Manage a Job Post

After creating a job post, you can manage it from the Job Posts page.
Edit a Job Post
You can edit a job post only while it is in Draft status.
To edit a job post:
Open the job from the Job Posts page.
Select the Job Summary tab.
Make your changes.
Click Save.
Important: Once a job has been posted, it can no longer be edited. Activation cannot be reversed.
Close a Job Post
Closing a job post stops new applicants from applying.
To close a job post:
Open the job from the Job Posts page.
Select the Job Summary tab.
Click Close at the bottom of the page.
What Happens After You Close a Job Post
New applicants can no longer apply.
Candidates already in progress can continue through your hiring workflow.
Important: Closing a job post is permanent. If you need to hire for the role again, you'll need to create a new job post.
View Job Status
You can view a job's status from the Job Posts page.
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Draft | The job has been created but has not been posted. |
Active | The job is posted and accepting applicants. |
Closed | The job is no longer accepting new applicants. |
Duplicate a Job Post
You can duplicate an existing job post to quickly create a new job with the same details.
To duplicate a job post:
Locate the job post you want to copy.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the far right of the job post.
Select Duplicate.
A new job creation form will open with all details pre-filled. Review the information and make any necessary updates before posting.
The duplicated job is created in Draft status.

Who can see job posts?
Admins see all job posts. Hiring managers see only the jobs for their teams.
Can my Account team help draft or edit posts?
Yes, your team can help build, review, or update any post.
